We normally ship via UNREGISTERED International Airmail. It does NOT have a tracking number. It is not possible to track in the event of a lost package.

Insufficient or Incorrect Addresses
We print your postage address by auto system.
Please review your email confirmation as soon as you receive it to make sure the address is correct and updated. You may email us to advise us of an address correction before we ship.
We are not responsible for late or lost packages that result from an insufficient or incorrect address. If the package is returned to us and you desire to have it re-shipped, you will be charged for the additional shipping charge. If you decide not to have the package re-shipped, you will be refunded for the product amount only.
RETURNS POLICY:
We know how much your value time for picking our products, and we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with our item, please return it in its original condition along with a copy of your invoice within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We will refund the amount you paid.
All sales come with 30 days warranty. If the item you have ordered is defective, email us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with a new item. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
?For replacement, buyer must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with bill of sale.
